I ordered a pair of pants from Western Rise, i felt disappointed when they showed up. I really wanted to like them because I’d heard good things, but they just didn’t feel as premium as I was hoping.
The fabric felt thinner than I expected, and after only a couple of wears, they already started looking a bit worn out, which was frustrating. I also noticed some loose threads in the stitching, and for the price, that bothered me.

The fit was okay, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the overall quality just didn’t give me confidence that they’d hold up over time. I hate saying it, but I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I had a rough time trying to make a return. The process felt more complicated than expected, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t really get the help I needed. Reading between the lines, it felt like returns just aren’t something they make easy for customers.

I was disappointed, especially for the price. It also didn’t breathe well, so I got sweaty quicker than expected. Overall, the style was there, but the fabric just didn’t hold up...

I ordered my normal size, but the fit was just really odd on me. Compared to other pants I own in the same size, these felt much less consistent, the waist was tight, the legs were baggy, and even the length seemed a little off. I tried exchanging them once, but the second pair still didn’t fit right. For the price, I expected the sizing to be a lot more reliable.

It felt a little too limited for my style, so it ended up sitting there more than I expected. Not bad, just not versatile enough for what I was hoping for.

I ordered from Western Rise and the clothes themselves were fine, but the shipping was the frustrating part. Because the tracking didn’t update for several days, I had no idea where my package was, and it ended up arriving later than the estimate.
I know delays can happen, but since there wasn’t much communication, I had to email them just to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but for the price, I expected the delivery process to be a lot smoother.

After just a few months of normal wear, the fabric started pilling and the stitching by the pocket began coming loose. I wasnt doing anything crazy in them either, mostly just wearing them for work and travel.

For what they cost, it was a letdown. They looked good at first and felt nice, but the durability just wasnt there for me. I probably wont buy another pair.
